
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if you do not abide by our policies. Our employees are instructed to stay home if they are sick and we ask you to please do the same. All employees have a health check at the beginning of each shift. Staff has time scheduled for hand-washing breaks. Dishes and glassware are cleaned in commercial dishwashers. To keep our guests safe, Cinderlands Warehouse is cleaned and sanitized everyday. Bring your friends down to enjoy some games on our first floor, complete with a built-in Bocce court, dome hockey, shuffleboard and more. With (seasonally available) seating for up to 350 people, the Warehouse manages to invite lots of folks in without ever seeming crowded. Additionally, our spaces houses a 3000 square foot kitchen - run by Executive Chef Joe Kiefer - with a 400lb smoker (that’s a lot of meat), dedicated prep area, walk-in coolers and a bakery. The space is massive and features a 15bbl production brewery, lagering tanks, a canning line - all overseen by head brewer, Paul Schneider. Food that we prepare here is hearty and generous in portion sizes. Beers that we produce here are as assertive as they are balanced. Located in the Strip District, Cinderlands Warehouse is our second craft brewery and scratch kitchen.Īs a counterpoint to our more intimate, cozy Foederhouse, The Warehouse is all about big ideas.
